DOJ Defends Asking For Search Terms

The U.S. Department of Justice says, in a recent court filing, that it did not ask for anything untowards when it requested Google turn over evidence of its consumers’ search habits. The latest legal salvo by the DOJ was contained in an 18-page brief filed on Friday that defended its request for search terms.

Did Google Just Become eBay?
